Complaints and Returns
1. Prior to collecting the shipment from the courier, it is necessary to check if the goods were not damaged during transport. When the customer checked the shipment in the presence of the courier and found that the goods were damaged during transport, do not collect the shipment, but write a damage certificate and contact our company.
2. Complaints shall be considered within 14 days from the date of notification. The condition to consider the complaint is a written notification and presentation of proof of purchase of the fabric.
Return of the goods is possible only in the case of incorrect completion of the order due to our fault.
In such a situation, you should contact our company and provide information which product would you like the goods to be replaced with.
Upon receiving the notification, we send a courier to collect the goods subject to replacement from the Customer. The costs of collection and transport are covered by our company.
